“We walked in to a room that was already occupied, beds were used and food was left all over. We went back to front desk and we were assigned a room on the 3 floor where no elevator was available. I am 39 weeks pregnant and barely made it upstairs ”

“We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”

“First off, the staff is phenomenal. Anything you ask for, immediately taken care of. Just walking through, always greeted with a smile and a hello, good morning, etc. I would have given the hotel 5 stars across the board if there was a pool, but for me that’s always a downside not having one. In terms of staying again, absolutely!”

“The room was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. The only issue i had was that i had requested 2 cots. Instead of cots we were given 2 baby cribs. We ended up getting a 2nd room anyway. ”

“Staff was excellent and friendly. Bob was especially helpful at the reception desk, his directions to the nearest gas station and restaurants were most welcomed. The entire staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was excellent, clean, and spacious.”
