“We had a very nice stay. We had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and the room was great. Only gripe is lack of room cleaning. I know they're having staffing problems, but one of the reasons we like staying in a hotel is the at least some level of house cleaning. We put out a "service room" sign midway through but nobody came. It would have been nice to have new towels medway through our stay since we used them a couple times a day due to us doing a lot of hiking and working……

“When I arrived at 3:00 PM there was no one at the desk. I took a card and called the number. Was sent to voice-mail. After about 10 minutes someone arrived and check in was efficient. ”

“Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad.……
