“Clean and clerk was friendly ”

“We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious and very nice. The only complaints we have were that the shower curtain was disgustingly stained and should have just been thrown away and the bathtub faucet was leaking a steady stream, but when we talked to the front desk, she was very apologetic and contacted maintenance immediately and said she was going to immediately take care of the shower curtain as well. She seemed shocked that they weren't already aware of that and have it already taken……

“We needed a good nights rest from traveling all weekend and this hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. ”

“The hotel was really new and everything was great. Check in was easy and its location was handy. Only complaint we had was out of all the pillows on the bed, neither one of us could find one comfortable to sleep on so honestly we didn’t sleep great. Other than that the hotel was great!”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did find that water was not running to our room, except for intermittently, from around 9:30ish am to around 11:00 am. Possibly due to cleaning and laundry. We only assumed. We didn’t complain because we had no intention of changing hotels due to location. The staff, quietness, and comfort of our stay (4 days) was exceptional, which we felt kind of made up for it. ”
