“Beautiful view—probably my favorite feature. Stars were so bright at night. House is set up to make a large group comfortable - big sectional in the living room and two dining tables. Teens enjoyed the foosball table and we all loved the fire pit. Management extremely responsive. It’s about 3 miles on a gravel road up to the house, with the side that leads down to the Giant supermarket a bit rough in spots. We have a very low power car and it was totally fine, but maybe something to be aware of……

“Love location and owners. Some adjustments are needed, this isn’t camping it’s glamping and you cannot do it halfway. Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot……

“This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely……

“Owners very nice! Love location. Not a great stay, kitchen didn’t have needed items to cook, oven mitts, trays, etc. Far too hot!!! Space needs at least two more AC units and definitely one of those on first floor for the size. Need to limit the number of dogs there at same time, I and one of my kiddos was bitten by another guests dog. It would be helpful to know exactly the bedding arrangements for each space. Be sure each space has…Toile paper, paper towels, and general cleaning supplies for……

“First, the direction when we get to the property isn’t what it actually is. Second, the guy who finally helped us after we’ve only gone back and forth trying to find our way to our cabin is nothing more than sarcastic and critical of us. Third, the cabin is nice, I just hope that they have more blanket to use on cold nights.”
