“Very clean ”

“The woman who checked us in was wonderful. But they’re doing construction in the lobby area, and there was a jackhammer going the whole time, so we couldn’t really hear what she was saying. Though she tried very hard. The hotel is under construction, which I did not know, and I would not have booked here if I had known. We could not get our shower to go above lukewarm water, which is very distressing after a day of travel, to not be able to shower.The lobby and hallways looked awful. However,……

“Convince ”

“I've stayed here before. The last room I was in was in better shape than this most recent one. Rooms were clean. A/C was preset to a temp much warmer than I preferred. I may give this hotel one more try on my next visit to see if improvements have been made.”

“It was easy to book and easy to get to. The young man that checked me in was very professional and kind. I wish I could tell you his name.”

“Bed poorly made, but clean. Tub bottom very slippery. Shower curtain dirty at bottom. Poor workmanship on walls, baseboards, ceilings, etc. holes in wall in bathroom. Vents dirty. Wide crack under door. Floor dirty. Parking very convenient and a good night’s sleep. Very quiet!”

“Don’t stay at this place it’s a very dirty place.when I arrived to my room it smelled like cigarette, the bed was disgusting they didn’t wash the sheets and I know they didn’t because they had blood stains and other stains that looked like pee stains. The bed was filled with crumbs and hairs. Absolutely disgusting and the bed had bugs ”

“Although the beds were comfortable they were very high off the floor hard to get into for short people 5'6 and I struggled my girlfriend's 5 ft 2 and I had to pull her out of the bed”

“Stayed here only because all hotels in Florence SC, our intended destination were booked. Checked in after 11PM, didn't even enter in lobby, but passed my ID through to the employee on duty, who, in turn, passed me the keys. Room was clean, and provided a place to sleep for 7 hours before leaving to continue our trip”
