“Wonderful, friendly staff. Room was spotless. And breakfast was great. ”

“This was my second stay. It e only for 0nr night but very pleasant and pretty good breakfast options. Definitely will stay again.”

“Room was not ready upon arrival after driving 6 hours to get there. Housekeeping had only made the bed, but did not clean up the bathroom. Trash in the tub, sink, countertops, dirty towels everywhere and trash cans were still full. Plus the hotel smelled. Front desk person was brought in from another location, had no idea where anything was, plus no support staff on-site to assist. Housekeeping wasn't even available to clean room. Card system was fawlty, as we were given key cards for two other……

“My stay was comfortable. Room was clean and nice. Staff was polite. On a business trip, didn’t have time to fully enjoy all amenities. The only thing I would suggest is to consider installing updated raised commodes. ”

“There is a lot of snow and ice everywhere. It wasn’t properly plowed so when we arrived, it was a little hard getting into a parking spot and getting out of it because of how much snow was around.”
