“It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again”

“We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“My family want to enjoy a time out of the NYC and the Twin fall was perfect quiet and with amazing views, trails to walk and Falls to enjoy. We use the Grill to cook, the electric bonfire for our curios children's who are 2, 7 ,9, 11, 14 so you can imagine a lot to be entertained. We bring our projector to stream a movie under the stars in the deck, our kids enjoy playing outside with the balls walking the beauty trail and of course the attractive fall we all get wet and walk around following……

“From the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out everything was perfect. We came to town as our son was playing at All-Star Village which was only an 11 mile drive away. We had campfires that were one of our favorites of the week sitting around catching up with my parents who came with us. Everything was thought of when stocking the cabin with all the necessary items and beyond! The owner was very kind and courteous and went above for sure. If we were to come back I would choose……
