“This hotel smelled very strongly of smoke altho there were no smoking signs everywhere. There was an ice machine in the lobby with no ice. The beds and pillows were not nice at all, very uncomfortable. It was a very unclean feeling in the room. The hall carpet was very grimy and dirty.”

“We were in town to celebrate our UGA graduate and attend graduation in Athens. This home and location was perfect for our family and two grandparents. We really enjoyed our stay, Publix is close by and the home was well stocked to make meals at home. We loved our trip! Thank you for sharing your home with us ”

“We chose this property because it was on the lake, had a dock, and onsite Kayaks for use in the advertised adminites. Upon arriving in the evening 2 of our guests were stung by the wasps that had set up home in the fake plants on both sides of the front door. For the duration of the trip we were on the watch for wasps. The kayaks, sand area and doc were full of spiders, cobwebs and broken furniture that had not been cleaned or maintained. The swimming pad was left in the water and was……

“Great new property right on the water! Floor plan was excellent for two families. We had all the amenities we needed and enjoyed the boat rentals right outside of the unit. Would definitely return! Thanks :)”

“Stayed here 3 nights for the Masters, it was wonderful! The unit was perfect for our group of 4 friends, 3 upstairs and 1 on the lower level. Some great local restaurants and bars a very short drive away, and not a bad drive to and from the Masters. We liked it so much we're trying to find some time to come back down when it is warmer and we can use the lake!”
