“The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. My children were crying and shaking, and no one asked if we were ok or hurt. I went to the front desk and asked them……

“Ski trip . Great place to stay . Very close to everything and very comfortable. Bed was great . Shower , water took quite a long time to get hot but then good . Bit noisy from the street & the heater is very noisy and turns on at 6.30am which was quite annoying. ”

“First time staying in a hostel. Surprised by cleanliness of bathrooms. There were plenty and using one was never an issue. They supple clean towel, linen and a blanket. Bunk bed was solid construct but box spring was minimal so it’s not a Marriot but I slept fine. I was first to bed (10:30). Never met roommates as they trickled in after. But they were respectful- no one talked, made noise, played music. Each bunk bed has a curtain that closes so you do have some privacy. Common area was fun.……

“We loved this little creekside cabin along Big Cottonwood Canyon. The central location was perfect - we were close to all of the ski/snowboard resorts (backcountry too!) and Salt Lake City. We spent our days in the majestic mountains and the evenings in the urban restaurants, so only slept here, and were perfectly comfortable.Our hosts were super communicative and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.We had never been to Salt Lake City before. Despite the restoration work going……

“Great house. Easy to town. Close to DV. Theatre room was very cool add-on. Really great for 5-10ppl (depending on bedroom needs). ”

“We had a great stay at the property. The kids loved the bunk room and it was convenient to get around town and the mountain. House was well-stocked and we enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out! I would suggest guard rails on the top bunks as it was a little precarious for little ones otherwise. We would be back!”
