“The name of the check-in person at the desk who greeted me was Ash, she was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, polite, smiling, well groomed, efficient and made sure i had everything i needed. My room was absolutely fine, comfy, accessible and clean. ”

“I was there for 3 days got 1 single clean towels after using the provided set. At check out I lost my glasses so I was leaving late and continued to get harassing calls from office and house keeping when I was leaving rather then offering to help me.”

“Secluded and cozy! We stayed for a long weekend to check out the area. This was the perfect base for us as it was a quiet and peaceful respite at the end of each day. We loved sitting by the river each morning for coffee and enjoying the hot tub each evening as we watched for the bald eagle that cruised by along the river. It’s obvious Kaniz takes great pride in the property and ensuring a great stay. Kaniz was very responsive to a very minor issue we had with the tv and got it resolved quickly.……

“We had a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and really cute. The Christmas decoration were left up into January as the host knew we were having a belated Christmas family gathering. We really appreciated that and we loved all the Christmas decor. The house fit our needs perfectly. We would stay here again.”

“The pool and hot tub were closed down for maintenance. The recreation center was closed due to vandalism. The arts and craft center had a fire and was shut down for the season. The grounds looked unkept and there was a sewer smell ”

“WiFi was not clear. All the cabin below info says free wifi- but in real life only available on lodges. We left 1 day early due to no WiFi - It’s crazy to say we’re dependent on WiFi due to kids with disabilities. My boy is disabled- having wifi is a way to communicate and for safety. You guys need to update that section on booking . Remove the word free wifi. If we have known no WiFi we did not booked any of your cabins ”

“Room smelled weird, thin cheap blankets probably have never been replaced since the inn has been in business, pillows were flatter than a pancake, phone appears to be covered in diseases (which wouldn't be a problem because we would have never used it except for the fact that we received a call 30 minutes before checkout to remind us that checkout is in 30 minutes.) all other tenants seem to be living there, wifi didn't even reach our room, pushy owner was waiting at the door when we left our……
