“Great stay! Unit was exactly as described! Awesome location in Snowshoe. Close to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. Owner is very responsive and communicated everything clearly regarding our stay! Highly recommended! ”

“The condo was well appointed and comfortable for a family of 4. The view of the slopes amazing and it was so easy to get on/off slopes quickly. The only sight negative was the bed was extremely soft, which after a day of skiing makes it hard to get out of and the pillows were not great. Also being on the top floor, it was difficult to control the heat...it got very hot! But, the kitchen had everything we needed and the place suited our needs well! Definitely would stay again! ”

The bot on the chat was a frustrating experience. And the emailed check in info seemed complete except that it did not provide specific details for the Black Bear Crossing units.The messaging could have been more crisp and actually related to the rental unit rather than a generic message for all rental locations. It seemed impossible……
