“I booked online through hotels.com. received multiple messages from OYO through hotels.com confirming the upcoming stay, welcoming, etc. 3 hours of driving, and I show up to a sign that says "sorry, no rooms, no water." I knocked and rang the doorbell, a man came to the door and pointed, I pointed to my phone. He opened the door, proceeded to yell at me, ask if I knew how to read, etc. I explained my online booking and he said he hasn't taken bookings in over a month. I get it, his business is……

“Our stay was very short. The home itself was as adverised and the hosts were kims and attentive!”

“No one to receive us. Phoned number on motel. Person answering sounded confused re: reservation. Told us to go to Cabin 6, that it was unlocked & key was in it. We did & it was obviously occupied. Phoned back. Told her it was occupied but my husband checked Cabin 7 & it looked empty, with key & info in it. She said to take it. Very limited space for toletries. Strong smell of Pine Sol (not good woth my allergies).”

“Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful modern farm house. Views are spectacular a top the cliffs and the turf field allowed us to easily play yard games. The hot tub was a nice cherry on top!”
