“It's not far from George R Brown center, and takes around 20 minutes by walking. There is a police station nearby, and it made me feel safe. The unit is big, also the kitchen is big. We stayed in this unit for a week, and the big unit and kitchen made us feel comfortable like home.”

“The property was clean and new it was nice. Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. In the master bathroom there was only one small rug in……

“I would most definitely stay here again. EVERY room had a bathroom which was a plus. The best part for me was the garage. As someone who doesn’t enjoy the rain, this was a pro. The property manager was excellent. Her communication was top tier. Another plus was the gas stove. ”

“This property is top tier! Location was perfect for the Toyota Center! The interstate was close by and the transit system was near as well! The home has all updated appliances and the floor plan is perfect for family travel. The host is very accommodating and quickly replies to any questions. Impeccably clean & spacious! 10 out of 10!!!! ”

“We needed an apartment close to MD Anderson since our mom was in the hospital there. This apartment was approximately 1 mile from the hospital and very easy to get to/from. The apartment was still having a few things renovated but it was clean and there was a parking garage for no extra charge. The person in charge of the rental was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. ”
