“Our stay at this rental was extremely disappointing due to numerous issues with the property and the host's poor communication, which made our trip unnecessarily stressful.To begin, we didn’t receive the check-in instructions by the time we arrived, forcing us to drive to the host’s office to figure out how to access the property. “We had a wonderful stay at the property! The condo was spacious and parking was easy. The kitchen is a great size and allowed for multiple people to be cooking at once. Unfortunately, the gas oven was broken— it quickly leaked gas when we turned it on. We also struggled with the bbq- it kept shutting off when we used it. I would also recommend against planning to use the futon bed in the living room— you could feel every spring in the mattress and it was very uncomfortable- better to just sleep……

“My main complaint was about the hot water supply. I took a 15 minute shower so did my son but when my daughter took her shower 2 minutes into it the hot water ran out. Every day the same thing only 30 minutes of hot water and the recuperation time took at least 5 hours to get more hot water. Everyone was super stinky by the 3rd day. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.”
