“Really enjoyed my stay. Just had a few hiccups checking in. Mistakingly got the wrong code to the door. Not a big deal. The cabin does need a little TLC tho. The floor is wavey, extremely hard water, leaves stains on sinks and toilet. Also a very strong sulfar smell. Id bring your own water for drinking/food prep. Loved the outdoor tiki bar set up right near the fire pit. And the hiking trail u can access right from the property. ”

“Lovely house in a quaint neighborhood. Well appointed. Brat and brews right next door was an excellent quick meal. Would highly recommend this house for a family or two!”

“We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. She was super attentive and responded immediately when we texted her. I would recommend a stay here! The kitchen was perfect and the house was super clean, it won’t……

“Marvelous piece to spend time with family! Couple of comments... Bedding is super comfy! Kitchen is lacking some basics: a 10" skillet/fry pan would be very helpful. Also a dish drainer is a huge necessity. We had no idea where to take trash. One son took it with him since he was at a campground and our daughter took the rest home with her. ”

“Beautiful property unfortunately the algae blooms made the lake unusable. Neighbor said it happens every year in August. Should the algae be disclosed and price lowered after 8/1?”

“We booked this rental for a multi-family stay. We had 4 kids under 4, and this place was incredibly accommodating with toys and gear. Our families loved playing pickleball and hiking to the waterfall. This is definitely a great place for guests who like to spend time outdoors. One important thing to note - the 3 bedrooms upstairs are all connected so it is difficult to have privacy, but it worked out perfectly fine for our stay. The hosts are great, and the property was well-kept! ”

“We had a wonderful time. The house and area is beautiful the lake was great. We went fishing in the kayaks every day. We caught a bunch of Bass, Perch, and Pickerel. It was just wonderful to sit on the deck and watch the lake. ”

“We enjoyed the quietness of the property. The space was quite large and the porch and patio areas were very nice. The house was nicely furnished and provided what we needed. The bedroom/game room over the garage requires a few outside steps and there is no bathroom in that space. There was a basketball hoop in the driveway and a play set for the kids. The hosts were very responsive and kind. ”
