“Hotel is under renovation, I was given a new renovated room. The vent in the bathroom looked like it has never been cleaned, caked on dust mud look. The furniture was arranged wrong. Bed was comfortable, linens clean. I did feel safe. ”

I was about to board a flight and could not return to pick it up and they mailed it to the address on file, certified, to make sure I received it. That kind of customer service and goodness is hard to find these days.”
