“Clean comfortable stay! Laid back town that is very walkable. Appreciated the extra touches! (Discount cards, information booklet, water bottles, coffee & creamer, laundry stuff!!) Only down fall was water pressure & it’s not for those limited by stairs. Great Host!!”

There was great swimming and lots of fun to be had whether we were making a fire in the bonfire pit, floating on the lake or staying inside playing board games. Great place for everyone. We had so much fun watching our corgi pup swim his heart out!”

“This place was so great. The past few years we have vacationed with family friends at a campground local to us. Our campground is closed this year for renovations, so we decided to go with vrbo. Our adult son has autism, so there were some specific things we were looking for, and this place was perfect for us! We appreciated having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and the swing out back. “Terrific location for UTV riding! Relaxing family time cooking together and enjoying camp fires. Cabins were great with comfy furniture. We brought a few movies and board games for a rainy afternoon. We will definitely be back!”

“When i got to the address it took a while 15 mins to locate the cabin, a local lady helped me find the sun-bleached signs by the entrance, she told me go straight back on the road and there it was. I could tell by looking around it was not clean. I cleaned the outhouse and swept the floor in the cabin. Overall it was quite and comfortable . Needs a table and chairs .Jerry”

“My two friends and I stayed at Crystal Rapids Retreat to celebrate our “mid-life” milestone birthdays. We wanted to ditch the city to better connect with each other and nature, which we did ALL weekend. From watching the sun rise while drinking coffee on the deck… to traversing the Muskegon River in our kayaks… to grilling out for dinner and laughing around the fire pit, there was no shortage of peace and enjoyment.
