“Friendly staff”

“2 of the 3 bath towels had holes in them or were very worn on the edges. Front desk replaced them for me. ”

“Good stop, we stay there whenever in town. Would like grab bars added to shower as we are getting up there in age.”

“Clean and the staff was helpful. Good breakfast. Air conditioner too close to work desk. Grab bars in shower would be nice.”

“It was okay overall. They had limited availability in terms of room size. The room had fringed carpet some areas had small holes, the nob in the shower had broken off permanently stuck on "shower mode", also paint was missing on various walls throughout the room, it just didn't mstch thd hype of what I expect the Hampton Inn should be. To be fair I usually don't use hotel bath tubs any, but we did essentially pay for the option. The only saving grace was the staff, the staff at the front desk……
