“Check in was easy, we met the host during our stay, he was beyond nice & very helpful when I messaged him questions! The house was clean & very spacious (with the exception of the tiny bathroom)! Nice cold AC, plenty of hot water for 5 of us to shower, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, several TVs, decorated cute, comfy beds, extra blankets & pillows! But the best part was outside! The lake gave this property a beautiful view, my husband &13 year old caught some fish! We had a fire,……

“10 out of 10 for this place! If you are looking for a quiet off the beaten path place to stay during your bourbon adventure, look no further! We were about 20 mins away from Bardstown, an hour away from mammoth caves and Louisville. So to us it was a perfect central location to all of the things we wanted to do. The back deck with the fire place was where we spent the majority of our time at night, but the front porch for morning coffee was heavenly. The host was very responsive of we had……

“If you like to camping/glamping this is your place, cooking, or just setting with an open fire, with the beautiful sky above you. These Tipi are very unique and pretty, you get the Tipi feeling. Has air-condition, electric heater, and even a potty, so at night you don't have to leave your Tipi, that was a big hit for me. I highly recommend The Tipi Village.”

“Came here to just take a break from life but ultimately for bourbon tours. I highly suggest taking advantage of these if you get the chance. Lots of quaint restaurants with great food. Want a GREAT steak go to The Rickhouse. The Best steak you will ever eat! It was ungodly hot with the heat index and we couldn’t take advantage of the hot tub. Lasted 5 minutes tops. It is extremely quiet here. House has ALL of the amenities of home and then some. What I didn’t care for was having to strip beds……
