“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

“Very convenient for beach lovers. Grab your stuff and walk to the beach in 2 min and setup for the day. If someone wants to take a break or have a quick lunch at the house just a 2 min walk back. Beautiful beach and water. Clean house and plenty of room for the 5 adults. Had issue with kitchen sink not draining when we arrived. Called Blue Swell next morning to let them know and service came and fixed it within 1h. Thought master bedroom might be noisy along 30A but it was not a problem. House……

“This is a great place with everything we wanted. This section of condos is a little closer to the beach so the view up and down the beach is better. It has Keurig, drip coffeemaker, blender and lots of pots and pans and dishes. The rooms were bright and the area is low density so not a lot of people on the beach. The communication was easy. It is great. ”

“The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had almost everything you could think of. Had a small problem that the owner took care of immediately. Location to the beach was great. I would definitely stay again.”

“The biggest problem was the broken air conditioning when we arrived in 100 F temperature. We also had a problem with the carbon monoxide alarm system. The pretty was not cleaned to expected standard. The company response was apologetic but they were not able to problem solve the situation quickly despite being aware ahead of time that the air conditioning was broken. Spent two days of our holiday dealing with workmen.”

“There were seven of us staying, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beach is literally across the street, so we were able to come and go easily. The house is large and nicely furnished. Would love to come back! ”

“The house was great! Everyone had enough space to be comfortable and we loved the pool. The golf cart was a great addition. ”

“The communication was good upon arrival. It's about 3 blocks away to the beach so was a huge plus, safe community in an older neighborhood so don't expect anything flashy,but that's good if you don't want croudy places and want to feel more local. The downfall for us was that it is a duplex so you will have neighbors and one bedroom is next to other guests and you can here the conversation even if not loud clearly,so hard time to sleep There is no patio,it's basically the parking lot for another……
