“Our family immensely enjoyed our stay at Bear Lake Lodge in Garden City, Utah. The view of Bear Lake from the house was gorgeous and serene. The home was beautiful, very clean and more than met our needs. It was so nice to walk in and not be concerned about any details because everything was taken care of. We appreciated the ease of working with Eden Properties from beginning to end. Our family enjoyed grilling out, playing foosball, playing pool, relaxing on the deck, watching a movie in the……

“We had a wonderful time, thank you so much for the use of your home, having the paddle boards, chairs and tent was so nice, my only complaint was the two bikes were flat and the pinball machine was broken, the two bedrooms are really small and a little funky, again my family and I had a great time and I would love to stay here again ”

“The home is new, modern, and beautifully decorated. The views of Bear Lake are gorgeous! It’s close to Ideal Beach and easy to get into with the pass. We had a lot of fun at all of the activities there. The home has board games and a plastic ax throwing set in the garage, but all other activities are at Ideal Beach. The beds are really firm. Just FYI. There is a pull-out couch bed that wasn’t mentioned in the ad when we stayed, so there are beds for 12. I don’t know how you’d park 7 cars there.……

“Property as described except dishes and cooking appliances were dirty, had to wash anything we used before hand. Empty water bottles under beds even found a slice of bread under a bed, location ok, hot tub was nice, just not very clean overall could use some updating”

“This house is truly incredible. The mattresses, the smart-showers, the view!! It is new and impeccably clean. Plenty of room for trailers. The game room and pickle ball court were a hit with the kids. Three master suites means that none of the adults are left in a room with the kids. We loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings, and made a little use of the giant hot tub. You'll feel completely secluded, but at the same time, you're only minutes from the marina, grocery store, etc. ……

The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that there were so many game options available for all age groups—it kept everyone entertained. The pickleball court was definitely a highlight and provided hours of fun. We also enjoyed using the griddle and fireplace, which added to the cozy atmosphere.……
