“A solid hotel choice if you find yourself in Upstate NY for work or family, I like that there are two gyms near-by (Plan*** Fitness and the YMCA) plus all the big chain fast-food restaurants. Hotel is set back from the road so it is very quiet. Comfortable beds and standard small-hotel 'breakfast'. Only protein on tap was yogurts. Lot's of drink choices. Coffee machine was on all day which was nice.”

“Tim is a wonderful host! He is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The windows give you plenty of privacy during the day while the curtains are drawn letting in natural light. They have a fire pit and even supply wood for it. If you have no interest in building a fire there is also a propane one on the property surrounded with the comforts of patio furniture. “The house and property are beautiful and the location is perfect for the trail system. ”

“If you are looking for a place with proximity to fishing or to nature, this is a great location. Right across the street was access to a path that led to the river where you can fish. As well there was a lovely mile long hiking path along the river. Three state parks that are on Lake Ontario are less than 25 minutes drive away. Loved all three and two them have beaches. There's also a great waterfall and a fish hatchery nearby. The property itself was homey and comfortable. There a nice……
