“The lady working the front desk when I arrived was outstanding. I had made a mistake on my reservation and she worked it out instead of booting me to the street. EXCELLENT customer service!! ”

“Please include an option to request a ground floor room. I’m 64 with emphysema and the stairs were horrible for my lungs. Also, a fenced in small area for pets would be good. I didn’t know where my Italian Greyhound could relieve herself after our long drive. The bed was comfortable however and the room very clean. A small coffee pot would have made the room itself perfect.”

“Under construction. But it didn't interfere with our stay. Personnel were very nice and accommodating. Computers were not woking, but staff worked quickly to get us checked into our room.”
