But the most impressive aspect that sets this property and owner apart from other properties is how quickly the owner responded to a heating problem we reported only late on a Friday afternoon. I don't know how they got a service person there so quickly, but I know how much I appreciated that they made it happen. Lots of properties are good until there is a problem. “I rented the home for family during the Christmas holiday. The owners went above and beyond by putting up some Christmas decorations. My family from Europe felt that these added touches made them feel right at home. One of our family members didn't receive their luggage prior to check out time and the owners offered to sign for it and, if my relatives left, they would drive it back down to the valley for them to pick it up. “It was a good stay overall. The front desk employees could not have been more helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, 3 people, and the maid service did not vacuum our room once. They also did not leave extra toilet paper. There is no fan in the bathroom but the shower head was amazing. We had a small refrig.mmerator, which was good, but there's no microwave in the rooms. The food overall was really good and the waitstaff was friendly. We would definitely stay again.”
