“I LOVE Pert House! Sal and Jess are wonderful hosts! The only thing I noticed during my most recent stay is that the other occupants had left a mess in the kitchen the evening I arrived back. Perhaps there is a way to kindly ask all occupants to clean up after themselves because the kitchen and sitting areas are shared spaces? Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay and the continental breakfast, coffee/tea, beverages, and snacks are wonderful! I highly recommend!!”

“The property was very spacious, private off street parking was great, well stocked with the basics, furniture and beds were comfortable. Within walking distance to the city. Would definitely stay again. Property owner was very attentive. ”

“Hotel itself was nice and supposedly non-smoking facility. However, room smelled if smoke and guests were smoking right outside the entrance and not 25 feet away as posted. Will not stay here again for that reason ”

“Great hotel for hipsters. Very vintage and cozy with very friendly owner/operator. Service was excellent with coffee tea muffins. Room was old, but the sheets were clean. Cable TV was great WiFi too, but a little slow to stream. The bathrooms were clean, but looked like there had been a previous leak. We were short on towels, but were offered a room upgrade last minute to accommodate our child, so maybe it wasn’t stocked. Owner was so friendly I’m sure she would have provided anything she could.……
