“Whoever was bartending the night of the 4th of July, should be given a raise and praise for AMAZING customer service skills. ”

“the room is not clean, A/C is noisy, it's bright during the night, no curtain to cover the side window, no WiFi coverage in the room. not satisfied with the stay ”

“酒店一般，离克利夫兰有点距离，管理比较严格，刷卡进楼。房间有炉灶但不提供厨具和餐具。前台有卖，20刀一套，要花40刀才能自己做饭，所以最好自己提前准备！”

“I return to the Palms every year. In my opinion it's the nicest motel on the strip. Pool is heated. ”

“Clean and comfort”

“I don’t know if we were or not, but we felt like the first people to ever stay in the cottage because it was so clean. The beds were really comfortable and the location was right on the strip with a bar and grill /music venue right across the street. The private beach area had a lot of drift wood, but was still a beautiful view. ”

“Everything was wonderful during our stay they had everything you needed and might need. The check in and out process was seamless and they are close to a ton of wineries.”

“Property was very nice and had everything we needed. We had detailed directions on the location of the property and host was quickly responding to all our questions that we had prior to check in. We stayed there 3 nights during July 4th weekend when weather was very hot and Kevin brought us additional AC unit right away. Overall, it was very nice experience for us to stay there. ”
