“ You can ski for free in Big Bear on your birthday in California so we let the kidstake off school. The cabin was fantastic. Very clean had many creature comforts including spices, blanket throws, washer dryer. I forgot my pancake syrup and they had some for us. Spa was fantastic and overall a great experience. Just mentioning there is a pretty steep driveway ( great views) there is 7/8 steps to get into the cabin where the bedrooms are, and regular steps to get to the main living space.……

“I highly recommend AGAINST booking this property, for a number of reasons:- The check-in process required signing papers at an office about a 10 minute drive away from the property. Not ideal, but also not a big deal.- Once we arrived we smelled a very bad smell that persisted through the entire first night. We finally asked the host to send someone (which they were responsive about) and they found a DEAD ANIMAL in the attic of the home, causing the smell.- There was no apology for this. The……

“Great location, clean, well taken care of, plenty of dishes and necessities like towels and toiletries. The back yard was a great size to play with our dogs and we enjoyed the hot tub. I wish we could've stayed longer but we will definitely be back.”
