“Very supportive, we arrived very early because of the flight and wanted to take a rest badly, the housekeeping manager helped to clean the room to assure we can check in earlier. It helps a lot and we appreciated their help.”
“I did not get to stay there the ninth when I booked the room I put in the ninth, which was actually the eighth that I wanted to go there I called within less than 30 minutes to change it to 8 August and Expedia would not change the date to the eighth. They said it was no refund. I thought that was awful that they do that I will not use the app again for hotels. I will call the hotels directly the hotel was fine. The experience that I had with Expedia was awful. Had to pay for two nights.”
