“This was the perfect house and location for our family trip. Kelly responded promptly every time I had a question and also answered her phone when I needed her to walk me through some things. We loved how close we were to the town and skiing, and also loved that we were far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the night and beauty of the stars! “An overall good property with amazing views. Lots of room and places to hang out. The one area of concern was the master bedroom in that the shower, bath tub and toilet are all in the master with no separation. Use of the toilet means doing so without any privacy from the rest of the room. We ended up letting our teenager use that room and stayed in one of the other bedrooms as a work around.”

“Had a great stay. Cottage is adorable. Living area around TV could use a couple more small comfortable lounge chairs. I know area is small but with 4 adults it would have made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It snowed and electricity was out in the whole town, so we stayed in more than expected! Also better internet service would have been great. Otherwise cottage as great!”

“We road tripped our three kiddos from south Texas in hopes to give them a white Christmas in the mountains. It was everything I hoped it would be and more! The house is absolutely beautiful with every amenity we needed and then some. The backyard backs up into the mountain and there is enough distance between houses that your privacy is intact. The house is about 10-12 minutes from town, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent exploring red river. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. We……
