“Cute little cabin! Nice quiet area. Everything we needed for cooking available. Bathroom Sink drained a bit slowly. Check in and Check out super easy. My kids thought it was a fun little adventure!”

“We had a great time with two families staying at the property (4 adults, 4 children). It is an absolutely gorgeous location tucked back in the woods. 4 wheel drive was necessary in the heavy snow, but the roads were plowed within 24hours of a big snowfall. Great space overall and would highly recommend! ”

“I've stayed here a few times over the years & the property is one of the most affordable options in the Leadville-area. The perks are free wifi, free parking & free breakfast. I've always had a good experience. ”

“Overall the stay was fine. The kitchen is not well provisioned and I tend to cook, even when vacationing, so that was frustrating. The real problem, and it may very well be one that future guests will not encounter at all, was that after a long day of work and driving there was no hot water. And I have two boys that we had just picked up from soccer practice before making the drive up. The problem wasn’t resolved until around noon on day two. Property management sent people out quickly but they……

“The listing stated there would be functioning hot tub as well as ski storage. Upon arriving we were notified the fireplace was broken. In addition the management team could not provide us access to the ski storage for the unit. Which resulted in us having to store 4 sets of skis and boots in the living room.”
