“The home is as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close enough to the beach with an easy walk or drive to a public beach parking lot close by. 5-10 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. Publix 3 minutes away. Good seafood restaurants also near by. “The property is very well maintained and has wonderful amenities for families. It was the perfect place to make new family memories. Love the little coffee shop near Publix which was a short drive down the road and Aunt Katie’s Resturant had delicious food. We will probably do a trip here again! ”

The property was perfect, clean, roomy, all the amenities we could have hoped for. Dealing with our property manager was a breeze! The only downside was low water pressure, which made showering and bathing a bit of a challenge. Would recommend this property to anyone, however!”

“The house was great for 2 families with 5 kids. The beach view is beautiful. Love that it was in walking distance of Publix, a couple restaurants, and the pier. We also appreciated that it was well-stocked with all the essentials, including spices and beach towels. We had an issue with the lockbox upon checkin, but they were responsive in resolving it. Also, there is no outdoor dining table (but the indoor dining table has a great view!). Would stay here again. ”

“Not only were we within walking distance of Publix, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The pool area is beautiful and hospitable and balconies also with great view and good furnishings. Our only concern is the mattress in the master bedroom. Seems worn out and not very sturdy when getting in and out. The shower in master bath has rubber edge that is coming loose. ”

It was perfect for our family wedding weekend and we were so happy to be right next door to the other families. Paola's home was wonderfully decorated with lots of space to gather and enjoy time together. Tons of comfy seating all throughout the house.
