“We booked one night originally and then the next night at a later date on a 3rd party site. Bambi was able to get our reservations merged so we could stay in the same room. I didn’t know the 3rd party booked 2 different room types but we just had to check in and out and all was good. ”

“I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was……

“I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills. Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean.
