“So many good things to say about this unit! The location was perfect with the best view at Polo Beach! We really loved the welcome basket! Such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated after a long day of travel!Check in was a breeze along with timely updates on building related maintenance. The attention to detail and little things like bathrooms stocked with shampoo conditioner soap,etc made it feel just like home! Also couldn’t believe they even had binoculars for watching the whales……

“We spent 9 days in September at this location. It is located in a gated community which is well maintained, and very close to shops and grocery stores. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing! The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need. The house is literally a short 3-4 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the private pool. Management company is very responsive - the entry keypad stopped working after we got inside and they fixed it within 1 hour (around 9pm) even if……

“This property is below the standards of the Elua that we have enjoyed for decades. It should have been upgraded prior to rental.Pre arrival communication with KBM was adequate but could have been more helpful. Some of the infant equipment supplied was appreciated.Final payment was processed weeks prematurely with no forewarning. This was reversed but bank charges and exchange rates cost us 241.11.
