“ I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you.”

“Staff was great, room was nice and clean but could use updating. Main complaint was not with the hotel itself, but with guests and children. We had at least one toddler (hard to tell after a certain point) that was allowed to RUN & Stomp for hours. This went on late 10/11PM and started up again 7AM. Kept believing it would end. Went to the other Hilton to enjoy the rooftop Bar & same thing; toddlers running all around, between tables, squealing. I’m not against children, I have them, it’s……
