“We stayed at this beach house for about 5 weeks in July while I was receiving cancer treatment at UTMB, and it was truly a blessing to have such a comfortable place during that time. The owners are wonderful—kind, helpful, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was stocked with all the essentials, which made our extended stay so much easier.The only small challenge was the A/C instructions, which asked that it be kept at 76. “Our stay at the Blue Pearl was delightful! The house is beautiful, very clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Enjoying the pool after the beach felt quite luxurious. We didn’t want to leave and we will be back as soon as we can!”

“GORGEOUS! This was our 8th year in a row at Pointe West but our first time in the Beachfront Bliss condo and it was absolutely stunning! The kids screamed in excitement over the bunk beds which were large enough (and comfy enough) for adults too! The place was so clean, everything was updated and the host was very easy to connect with! 10/10, will stay again! ”

“Property is pretty accurately depicted. We found the house clean and comfortable. First floor bedrooms perhaps had storm covers on windows creating a blackout which our family enjoyed. Upstairs windows had no coverings and we had to cover the upstairs deck sliding doors with sheets to prevent 5 am waking but it was manageable. Grill is locked as others have stated. Kitchen is pretty scarcely provided for but I was able to cook meals without issue. Very limited parking- enough for maybe 3 cars.……

“We had a great trip. House had everything for us to cook and chlll. Beach access could use some maintenance. Downstairs storage area doors have fallen off due to weather/wear and tear but the rest of the house is in good shape!”

“Stayed for a month, loved the house, very well laid out, spacious and comfortable. Not cluttered, but able to accommodate many family members! Loved the decor in the home! Having bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus and main bathroom was great! Great closet space! The home was in a friendly neighborhood, felt safe and laid back. Short walk to the beach- having a golf cart was a plus. Thanks for sharing your house! ”
