Sime spotty mold in room amd bathroom especially around whirlpoo, chair ripped,floor dirty, plastic utensils on floor behind nightstand,chips and crumbs loose in desk drawer.cabinets that fridge and microwave on bowing in and chipped along base, water stains on ceiling tiles, swirl marks on tv,chair ripped, couch from 1970s. So not worth the money”

“Morale throughout staff was impressive. Management was impressive: we had a problem and they addressed the situation, corrected the problem. The entire operation is very clean and well-maintained. The luggage rolling carts are very helpful and they have enough! The elevator is great and it plays the opening 2 notes of Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

“我们到店被告知我们的预约没查到，说是因为银行卡有问题被取消了，但我们并没有收到任何邮件通知,系统也显示订单有效。但加上10元钱后就有可以重新预定了，还是用的同一张卡付款并成功，很显然银行卡有问题是个很随意的借口，我认为。这是不尊重契约的行为。卫生间不干净有头发，浴缸下水口坏了，提不起来。”

“The room was very clean. Minutes away from the beach which was one reason why I stayed there. Good food from the restaurant next door (Venice). Continental breakfast in the morning; good coffee excellent English muffins and blue berry muffins. We've been going to Misquamicut beach for a while now. We used to stay in Connecticut, if we go back next year. We are staying at the Winnapaug Inn. ”
