“Great front desk”

“My sheets were stained, there is no shower curtain, there is no remote, 1 pillow and it’s super thin. I asked for a refund for the second night and they refused. Very bad place to stay don’t believe the 8 rating it should be about a 3 and staff is very loud and stingy when even asking for a pillow. ”

“I booked 2 rooms in 1 room the TV and the toilet didn’t work in the 2nd room there was a cobweb in the corner. The staff was pleasant and lobby was clean and tidy I did appreciate that they could accommodate us at the last minute”

“We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there……
