“I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe. “This was a very beautiful property with a waterfall on the property and more waterfalls nearby. The room was really clean, with new carpet and wallpaper. Has a German theme, which is kind of cool. The German food at the Brauhaus Was good. The entertainment was fun and the owner Wendy was very hospitable. We are definitely going back next year to see the colorful leaves again. My wife loved it!”

“The property is beautiful from the artfully crafted rooms to the gorgeous surroundings including the trail to the onsite waterfall. Being able to reserve the hot tub and sauna was another higlight of this trip. It was very relaxing. The staff was wonderfully. Chuck was able to give us a brief tour of a couple of the cottages (my husband and I stayed in the Mill of the Frozen Falls room in the mansion).
