“We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful……

“We had a wonderful stay here! Took a couple of days to check out the Big South Fork and surrounding areas. Conveniently located near Cumberland falls, and the eastern entrance of the BSF. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Room came with a larger size mini fridge and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“Check-in was very easy. We brought our boat and used the local ramp, which worked well. The house was extremely clean, new and beautiful. It was very well equipped for 2-3 families. The back porch was awesome with beautiful views of the lake and a great place to have coffee in the AM. The only complaint is the walk down to the dock. It is all gravel, steep and a few off is slid and fell. There needs to be a concrete walkway installed. The dock was very nice and new, but there were no chairs for……

“Very nice house with an easy walk to the water. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room because we had a rain day. The owner warned us and he was correct, bring lots of bumpers for your boat. The dock is in a spot where lots of inconsiderate boaters cut a corner close to shore and make lots of waves.”
