“Ash, the manager (owner?) was so friendly and accommodating. Very 60’s vibe, old fashion motels reminded me of my childhood. The room was very clean, simple decor (liked the wall colors) compatible with bed linens (loved the breathable quilt bedspread) and the beds were comfortable. Great pricing for the area as well. Table and chairs outside each room to drink a glass of your own wine and taking in the views. ”

“We wanted a day in Joshua Tree for my partner’s birthday weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Super clean and welcoming property, all the amenities we needed were on the premises. There’s a firepit, hammocks, hot tub, outdoor shower, and plenty of sitting areas around the property. It’s truly the cutest space nestled in the desert oasis of JT! ”

“Everything was great except the pillows. Bring your own or be okay with mildew smell all night. Clean your remote with alcohol, it's gross too. They do have full size refrigerators and the hotel is located next to a grocery store which is super convenient.”

“The property is spacious, clean, and unique. Property manager is responsive. It is about 5-10 mins from the North entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Most of the activities we wanted to do were through the West entrance which is about 25-30 minutes away. Either way, we had a great time and we enjoyed staying in this property. Dog friendly too, so we were able to bring our animal friends. Just make sure to clean up after them!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Cactus Star Getaway in Joshua Tree. The space was beautifully decorated with a warm, inviting vibe that made us feel right at home. The sheets were incredibly soft, the soap and other amenities felt high-end, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s also very pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog a breeze. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and helpful with any questions we had, always replying quickly and kindly.……

“4 adults, 1 four year old, 1 1.5 year old. Didn’t have much communication with the owner, just because it wasn’t necessary. Everything worked and it was as-shown in the listing. House & property were clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, and all of the furniture was comfortable. We did have to move some of the decor to the garage, because of our wild toddler, but it was super easy to do. Pool was cool & refreshing, we didn’t end up using the hot tub or fire pit. The BBQ was clean when we went……
