“Any time i came to visit my daughter at college i stayed here. Clean, welcoming and jusy overall relaxing experience. This weekend was my daughters graduation and my father had an issue at another hotel with his hotel/room (not ADA friendly). I had not yet checkeed in but called in a frantic if they had a spare room. They did and ADA compliant. They sincerely helped make our weekend. Im sad ill probably not stay there in the future but hope this review helps that location stay in business.”

“We had a wonderful stay. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Penn State. We stayed in the RV which had all the comforts of home-cozy chairs, a roomy dining area, and comfortable beds. We had a problem with the lock when we first arrived and the owner immediately replied to our query and fixed the issue. We appreciated the very reasonable price-particularly during a time when hotels in State College were asking for hundreds of dollars to a thousand dollars a night. We would……

“Nice campground with some new tiny houses. The little house was spanking clean and well stocked. The bed was a little hard to climb over for us seniors. Price was a little high, ie 75 for our little dog. Definitely would go back.”

“Great spacious house with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions about the area, etc.”

“The house was just as it is listed; beautiful inside and out. Loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The coffee bar was an added plus for us. We loved sitting outside with our morning coffee enjoying the views. The house has a few different gathering spaces which was wonderful when you need a little space. We look forward to going back. ”

“Great location. House was a work in progress. It seemed that the house was not 100%. It was fine for what we needed. We arrived at 11:30pm, out the door to stadium by 11am. Got back home after midnight. It was a nice port in a storm. Minor issues, no hand towels, no toilet paper holder, paint rollers in the refrigerator. It will be nice when completed. ”

“The property was in a great location. Not too far from State College. The place had bugs in the window upstairs in the bedroom with the crib and friends told me there were bugs in their rooms. Aside from the bugs we enjoyed the place and would recommend staying here to others ”
