“The room wasn’t ready this woman was emptying trash they obviously were not ready for us. The woman cleaning was also dragging an old AC unit that was broken so who knows if they’re was one in the room. We got tired of waiting and the property looked bad not like the photo in Expedia. We left finally and never checked in!”

“We came there for a concert and are room was unavailable because of a plumbing issue. We were given a key for a different room for when we returned. When we arrived at the second room there was no bedding or pillows, no controller for the AC. The window was broke out of the bathroom and the TV had been stolen.
