“We had a family party at Captain Johns and then had smaller gatherings at house on Cobb Island. This house was beautifully located on Wicomico River-direct waterfront with small beach. “We were able to escape DC with our pups for a relaxing 4th of July weekend at Skip-Away Landing. The house is great, just as described, clean, and welcoming. The sunsets off the dock are amazing. It’s very close to lots of fun activities and then tucked away from it all when you are done. We had a great time with our pups! ”

“This place was wonderful and we'll be returning next year and the year after and so on! Beautiful property and easy host/entry. The ONLY thing I'd change is for the fridge to be cleaned out. Apparently, prior guests left so much stuff in the fridge, I had to shuffle it as best I could to fit my groceries in there. Other than that, PERFECT!”
