“The furniture in the room was terrible the chair at the so called desk was about to fall apart the beds needed new/newer mattress and the linens where so old and used they where dull dingy and spotted. The main hall to our room spelled like someone was and had been smoking weed. ”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. “This place was wonderful and we'll be returning next year and the year after and so on! Beautiful property and easy host/entry. The ONLY thing I'd change is for the fridge to be cleaned out. Apparently, prior guests left so much stuff in the fridge, I had to shuffle it as best I could to fit my groceries in there. Other than that, PERFECT!”
