“J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! “It was such a pleasure to stay at this unique establishment. The hosts take you in welcoming the place explaining their unique way of life. The location is great, next to parking lot right in town. The sauna on a rooftop with a stargazing bubble and mountain views is spectacular. The charcuterie plate serves thick cuts of local meats and cheese, don’t miss it. The dog Neige is a great St. Bernard welcoming you along with two cats.”

“I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. “J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. “Disappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty……
