“Kensington Hotel on State Street at Ann Arbor is a very pleasant place to stay. The facility is clean, quiet, and convenient. It is relatively small, but offers all the upscale amenities you would like to enjoy. I wish we had time to stay longer so that we could use the indoor swimming pool, the lively backyard, the sauna, and the gym, etc. Their workers were all friendly. “Was pretty busy so not really their fault but the towels were always running out and there was one lady in the lobby that worked there that was kind of rude at one point but overall it was a very nice day”

“和旁边的Hyatt Place相比 酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施 比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。 真心无语”
