“Everything was great and cleaned. Only issue was when we got back around 11 pm there was a cockroach in the hall that ran toward my feet. When we opened the door it ran in and I had to squish it. But, I still think it is very clean and would stay there again.”

“This place was a great surprise! It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I guess I didn't realize how big it it was when I rented it, but it has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one very modern and nicely appointed bath, full-size w/d, and a very large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. “Our group consisted of adults from 72-32 years old, and children from 2-7 years old. Unfortunately there is not a bathtub in this property, and shower floors are extremely slippery. Bathrooms are also missing towel bars, so towels generally landed on the floor. Kitchen and dining chairs are fabric covered which were difficult to keep clean with four small children..Bedrooms are spacious, though one bed was actually queen, not king. Overall the place is very nice and everyone enjoyed the pool……

“Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again.”

“A very nice property. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bedding, and lots of great televisions! Very modern kitchen with all the needed equipment. (could use a few more dinner plates and bowls.) Although we didn’t need them there were lots of extras like beach, chairs, beach, towels, cornhole, grill, etc.. There was a dog park literally out the back door, which was super convenient. We would rent again for sure. ”
