“给我的房卡失效了，外出回来打不开房门，儿子跑过来开门的时候摔倒了，3分钟不能站起来，因为疼痛哭的撕心裂肺，打电话给前台，工作人员态度恶劣，第二天给酒店发邮件反映这次事故，至今没有收到回复，这是我们出行十天中最恶略的一家酒店，傲慢、不负责任、态度恶略”

“Great historic hotel in Uptown Butte.I hadn't stayed here in probably a decade, and it still has staff that care and good, clean rooms. The place was packed with people but it is well-built and I didn't hear any noise. Give yourself a treat and stay here instead of one of the chains, you won't be disappointed. They also had a really nice lounge, too.”

“We love our stay, they had little perks to the stay like cookies, complimentary drink at near by restaurant and awesome breakfast that will insure we come back our next stays in anaconda for hiking and sking.”
