“Our stay was excellent. The staff delivered exceptional service throughout our time at the hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by our huge, spacious rooms. Our connecting rooms allowed us to enjoy a lot of family time together. When we got locked out of one of our adjoining rooms because we latched the door leading to the hallway, the entire staff at the hotel and the manager at home worked out a plan to get us back into our rooms at 2AM.……

“The hotel is perfect overall. The neighborhood is very nice with all the shopping and food places within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast is very adequate. My only negative comment is the in-room AC system is an old model and a little too noisy. ”

“My only criticism was the coffee maker. There was not one in the room when I arrived. The front desk got one for me right away, but when I added the water the whole counter became wet… so basically i couldn’t use it. I did not notify the front desk (my bad ) but I was disappointed.”
