He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “To stay the only thing that they didn’t have was a barbecue grill outside of the house, which I thought in the description there was one, but other than that, everything was great”

“Loved the house! Smaller than what you see in the pictures presented however plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. Up on a hill so very nice view from the upper deck. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Road is a little rough when you get closer to the cabin but a car would have no problems unless there was snow..4×4 would most likely be needed. The only thing that I didn't like was there was firearm discharge nearby during the days I was there..I am an avid 2A supporter but prefer……

“We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us.
