However, the pull-out couch was uncomfortable and I would say it should not be considered a bed, and the bed on the main floor was also below standard. Communication with the host was excellent. “The house was Very good. The power was flickering during the first night. The power went completely off at 6 pm on the second day of our stay. Called the property management, spoke to the agent Precious. She told to wait till Hydro One repairs the power in the area. Called them again at 11pm, still without power, spoke to the same Precious. Asked for partial refund or for a credit towards our next stay. Been told, the company won’t do either, the power outages in the area are out of their……

“Property was great. Advertisement says 10-15 min to the village its more like 25 mins but that didn't bother us it was a beautiful day to walk to the village. The chalet had everything we needed, it was a great space. The outside of the chalet could use a little paint job and fixing up but the inside was beautiful. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay. ”
